My students wrote and drew about their lockdown. An English family sang. Here's the video:

Have a look at this new page and discover a new way in which my STD2A terminale students were able to list the difficulties they encountered during their confinement.

Here is the request :
You are asked to make a note of the small everyday worries, difficulties, troubles and problems you encounter during this confinement. Example: the lack of physical activity that makes you grumpy. These difficulties will be specific to each person according to his or her life context. This note-taking will take the form of a written (in English) and drawn list. You will be able to list all your worries on an A4 (or two if you have a lot to say). Each concern should at least be illustrated by a drawing.
And watch for edits on this page, I will publish new plates! They are beautiful.

This strange period of our life started 6 weeks ago. Everybody has had to adapt and some Terminales students tell you about their experience on this page :
http://bloganglaischagall.eklablog.com/confinement-writings-p2641142
You can get to that page, where other articles might appear soon, by clicking on "CONFINEMENT WRITINGS" in the right-hand column, in "OTHER PAGES".
While you are here, watch this video that my students found rather convincing.

Scotland makes us dream by its sometimes magical landscapes, its islands, its lochs, its mountains. Here is an island that you may not know: Mull.
Its main and only town is Tobermory. Wherever you hike and look, it's beautiful.

Yes, tourists like Reims. And it's always interesting to learn about what they enjoyed in our city. That gives us ideas to keep busy at the weekend, doesn't it ?

After watching this video I said to myself, "Is New Zealand a work of art?" I can't find words to describe how I felt. If you do have the words, then, send them to us !
If you intend to go to New Zealand to spend holidays or study, you may decide to drive, shop, or go camping . Then here are some tips:

There's nothing better than self-recording and then listening to the result to try and improve efficiently one's spoken English .
Here's an application that will allow you to record yourself and store the recording very easily. To dowload your recording, just use the link you are given to listen to your voice, and click on the Download button.
Go on ! You have 5 minutes.
https://www.speakpipe.com/voice-recorder
You don't have to sign up if you don't feel like it!
What you can do is watch a video whose transcript is available. Listen carefully once or twice, then, read the transcript aloud. Finally, check your pronunciation by listening to your recording. Start again until it's perfect!
